When you call Pro Sign Design we will be happy to discuss your sign needs. There are many questions that will need to be asked to determine what will work best for you. Is the sign going to be an interior or exterior sign? Will it be double or single sided? What method of installation will be used? After we have determined where it will be installed we will then need to know the dimensions of the sign. In most areas, zoning dictates what size sign is allowed. Next, we will discuss what type of material you would like your sign to be made of. There are many choices, plastic, wood, urethane, aluminum are just a few of the options available. Do you want your sign to be lighted? We can do illuminated cabinets with translucent faces. If you choose a wooden type sign, do you want it with a sandblasted look, 3 dimensional carved or just a flat painted sign? Additions to the wooden signs are raised dimensional panels or 23 karat gold or silver leaf.
After you have decided on all of the possiblities we will then set our imagination free and design the sign for you. In the design process you can see shapes, fonts, colors, and sizes. At this point of the process it is only a click of the mouse to make changes. You can see different types of installations such as mounted on posts, on a wall, or between brick or stone pillars.
Once we have your design finished we can incorporate your 'logo' to vehicle lettering, business cards and letterhead for your business.

This sign was designed on the computer and will be carved from 1 1/2" High Density Urethane. The file will be sent to our CNC Router Table for production. Before being sent to the router table, some of the sign is prepainted and masked for ease of painting secondary colors. After being carved in the router, the sign is removed and all machined surfaces are primed and painted. This sign's main copy will be gold leafed with 23 Karat Gold leaf. After the gold is finished we will remove all existing masking and the sign will be ready for installation. |
